The hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail were excellent. The staff, including the manager Mohamed, were courteous and accommodating. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and major attractions. The breakfast was delicious and well-presented.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is superb, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. I loved being able to explore the city on foot and easily visit the Grand Bazaar and take the metro. The staff were absolutely wonderful, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were friendly, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with any queries or information I needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for.

This place is highly recommended for families.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Sirkeci Metro station, allowing easy access to the less touristy Asia side of Istanbul. It is also within walking distance of popular tourist attractions such as the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests appreciated the daily towel and toiletry changes, as well as the good breakfast options.

The hotel's electronic Do Not Disturb/Make Up Room function can be inconvenient, as leaving the room with the key disables the function and may result in unplanned room cleanings or delays in accessing the room.

The staff speaks good English and Arabic, offers maps and assistance, and the location is convenient. The rooms are clean, with good lighting and air conditioning. a great experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, close to all the attractions and in a busy area. The tram station was right in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The staff, especially Mr Hasan and his colleagues, were kind and professional. They were very good too make our stay comfortable and stress-free. The hotel had great cleanliness standards, with daily room cleaning and fresh towels and sheets. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. we felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, close to many local landmarks. The staff was responsive and helpful, arranged airport transfers for me. The room was clean and had a sea view, with tea and coffee provided. The breakfast was delicious, especially the cheese. There was also a terrace with beautiful views.
